A house hearing on immigration Tuesday included the testimony of two Maryland mothers. Patty Morin told members of the GOP-led House Judiciary Committee about her daughter, Rachel Morin, and her life and death. Tammy Nobles told the lawmakers about her daughter, Kayla Hamilton. Both women shared what they believe could have been done at the federal level to prevent their daughter's death.
