Tensor products. Coordinate free version.
In this video, we revisit the notion of tensor products, giving a coordinate free definition which is the one mathematicians use. We show precisely how it matches up with the coordinate definition in the previous video. To do so, we look at the all important universal property which relates the notion of tensor products to the theory of bilinear maps.
