Two F2P friendly ways to reach the Electroculus atop Inazuma's Tenshukaku.
As many players may not have many of the more mobile characters that can make it easier to get to the top, I've recorded a small demonstration of two otherwise F2P ways; one way is using just Geo Traveler's Elemental Skill for platforming, and climbing to reach the top of Inazuma City's Tenshukaku; the other way is via usage of a Wind Catcher gadget to allow gliding ascension to the roof where an Electroculus will be, until gathered.
The Wind Catcher gadget recipe is obtained by reaching reputation level 3, for Mondstadt; the gadget itself is created by Smithing, using 10 Hurricane Seeds dropped from the Anemo Hypostasis (Beth), 30 Windwheel Asters (Mondstadt regional specialty), and 50 Crystal Chunks (mined in many regions by breaking rocks). It can have up to 5 charges stored, and is replenished by walking into Anemograna which are found in various areas around Mondstadt.
