Ever wondered how to make healthy brownies, which will satisfy your craving for a rich taste while respecting your healthy diet? These are the only brownies that you ever need to try!
We mastered this recipe and the result is a perfectly silky texture, chewy body and a decadent frosting, which make these raw brownies a real treat for every brownie lover!

Recipe:
Ingredients:

1/2 cup or 85g raw almonds
1/4 cup or 35g hazelnuts
1/4 cup or 30g walnuts
1/4 cup or 35g toasted sesame
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 cup or 140g dates
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup or 23 g cacao powder

For the frosting:
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup cacao
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 vanilla extract
1/8 sea salt

Put dates to a bowl and cover with boiling water for five minutes to soften. Drain and set aside.
Add the nuts, sesame seeds and salt to the food processor. Process until completely broken down and reach a creamy consistency. Now add the dates and vanilla and process again until you have a unified mixture. Lastly, mix in the cacao. Then pour the mixture into a non-stick or a glass dish and spread evenly with your fingers, while pressing down firmly. Place the brownies in the freezer to chill and continue making the frosting.
For the frosting: Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan on low heat or microwave for 2 min. Remove from heat and whisk in the rest of the ingredients until smooth. Pour it over the brownies and distribute the icing evenly. Place uncovered in the fridge for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate frosting has set.
