Tutorial #2: Old TV Effect (NewBlueFX style!) [Premiere CS6]

Hey guys! For this tutorial, I figured out how to replicate the NewBlue "Old TV" effect that you see in many videos, WITHOUT using NewBlueFX!
Since this one takes a while to recreate, I made an effects preset (like I do with my colorings) of the steps taken on each layer, that you can use in your videos to make everything a lot easier. Simply adjust the offset effect on the Adjustment Layer as needed to change the speed or length of the effect.
