The banana cake/bread/loaf, whatever you call it.
It is simply delicious!
There are different recipes of banana cake and I have posted a similar one previously but this is a recipe that is more simpler and more delicious if you ask me.
You don't even need a special tool to make it or be an expert baker to make a delicious one like this. You can use just a fork, a baking container and measuring tools for other ingredients.
Also, adding dried fruits of your choice (I like raisins) as an option aside from chocolate and nuts!
I even planned of making a custard topping on this one but I just had a custard pudding the other day. (I will do it in the near future and might post another Banana cake episode, lol)
