In this video, I cover the NEW GAARA BUFFS!
Gaara's buffs consist of Sand Tsunami boosts, which he needed. Sand Tsunami is faster, and Great Tsunami (Awakening) now has hyperarmor.
Before the buff, Gaara wasn't exactly bad, but he wasn't exactly good. Gaara being able to use Sand Tsunami opens up a load of new opportunities for punished and overall aggressive play.
