To open the Pupunke Shrine you need to complete the Shrine Quest: A Pretty Stone and Five Golden Apples.
Completing Shrines reward Lights of Blessing, which can be used to get a Heart Container or Stamina Vessel.
Heart Containers will increase your maximum number of hearts.
Stamina Vessels will increase the size of your Stamina Wheel.
