The Ring of the Pale Order is a Mythic item that requires you to farm 5 different leads, the location of the leads can be found on the page of the link above. The Ring of the Pale Order has a very powerful healing output. The Pale Order Ring is good for experienced players that deal a lot of damage. You will only get good heals out of the Ring of the Pale Order Mythic Item if you deal a lot of damage, because the healing of the ring is based on your damage output.
