Movie title: GattacaOverview: In the world of the future, the power of technology trumps everything and genetics determines fate and has almost become the golden rule. Unfortunately, Vincent (Ethan Hawke) is a genetically challenged man, born with myopia and heart defects that will only allow him to live to the age of 30. So his parents add a brother with good genes to Vincent's life. Vincent's dream is to roam in space, but his poor genes prevent him from doing so until he meets Jerome (Jude Law) from the Space Center. Jerome has excellent genes, but is partially paralyzed in an accident. The two decide to switch identities, and Vincent does everything he can to hide his genetic information, carefully washing off his skin and hair every day so as not to reveal any traces. On the other hand, Jerome helps him prepare the genetic items he needs to check before entering space.
