Terminal command: Enable-LocalUser -Name "Administrator"
FYI: The built-in administrator account should be enabled only for troubleshooting purpose. Do not enable it for everyday usage. When built in administrator account is enabled,it has all the rights for the system because that account do not require UAC approvals.
