By request: A full day of eating vlog style and training, specifically the greatest intense bodybuilding program that has worked so well for me throughout the years: Max-OT Training!!! Out of all of the splits, rep ranges, etc. this was the mother of all routines. When I discovered and began following it to the letter, it quickly opened my eyes. Even after being into my 10th year training seriously, never taking time away from the gym, always being right on the money with my nutrition, I just could not break the plateau that I was stuck at during the time. It all changed, and all of the sudden my strength skyrocketed from the lower volume/low-rep/heavy weight training approach that Max-OT is built around. Progressive overload, and really just channeling the intensity that is necessary in order to grow. Being able to break through such a plateau like that and watch your body begin to put on size again was exciting!
This video is from September of 2018 that I just didn't have the extra time to finalize and edit to my liking. I didn't want it to be super overly cluttered with too much boring eating or certain parts of my workout, but here it is and I hope that all of you awesome supporters enjoy it.

The one person who is 100% responsible for molding me into the person that I am today is my dad. He is and forever will be my biggest inspiration and role model. The work ethic and of course, passed on genetics is why I have been able to get this far after all of these years, completely DRUG-FREE. I learned that I could accomplish whatever it was that I was passionate about from him. Sadly, hard work and self-belief have been left by the wayside. I encourage everybody to take command of whatever it is that they want to be and stop making excuses!!! Put in the effort and you WILL surprise yourself.
