By popular demand I am going over the pickled green tomatoes from my tik tok !
Ingredients:
(For the pickling liquid)
-2 tbsp fennel seed
-2 tbsp chili flake
-1 tbsp urfa biber
-1 tablespoon coriander seed
-2 tablespoon black pepper
-salt to taste
-sugar to taste
-1 quart apple cider vinegar
-2 cups water
Toast spices and bring to a simmer with all ingredients in a pot.
Pour over sliced green tomatoes while still hot. Makes a great pickle for cucumbers also.
