Level alts to level 30 in seconds, fastest alt creation - No Rest for the Wicked
In this guide I will be showing you how you can duplicate your chars to create alts and test out new builds/reallocate your stat points again to try out a new class without having to manually level each time.
To create a base level 30 char without allocating stat point fast you can check out my previous guide, if you don't already have one:

Essentially, after you have a base level 30 char and leaving it's stats unallocated, you are copying it to a create a new alt from it.
This was tested with Early Access Hotfix 6 and build 12817 and works
