Meet BOSSMAN, formerly known as Jimmy Hash, who has carved an extraordinary path in the music industry over the past 23 years. Hailing from North East Baltimore, his debut album "Law & Order" became a local Hip-hop cornerstone, selling over 10,000 copies and featuring the iconic single "Oh!" produced by Rod Lee. After notable signings with Virgin Records and MySpace Records/Interscope Records, BOSSMAN's career has been marked by hits like "Break Me Off" and collaborations with rap heavyweights. Now based in Los Angeles, he continues to innovate, venturing into film production and philanthropy, including launching a nonprofit teaching songwriting and Hip-hop to youth. 🎶🌟
The Campaign: CLLCTIVLY is excited to announce the return of 28 Days of Black Futures—a narrative power and crowdfunding campaign supporting Black-led Social Change in Baltimore!
This year, an impressive roster of 28 artists are uniting for the Black Futures Cypher, produced by Von Vargas, to raise funds for organizations driving social change. A new song will drop every day during February incorporating one of the principles of the Nguzo Saba.
