Rebuiling the masonry in bricks above the stone lintel which we've cast. The headband of the turret recovers its shapes and colors... 👇
For this we reused all the bricks that we could recover and those of recovery found in the embankments. We also had to do a few small additional things like cutting stones, trimming the rafters, etc.
Limestone mortar
◽ 3 vol. sifted soil (cob collected and crushed)
◽ 1 vol. lime NHL 3.5
◽ a sall amount of lime CL 90
Mortar for bricks
◽ 30 vol. of sand 0/2
◽ 10 vol. lime NHL 3.5
◽ 3 vol. of sifted earth
◽ 1 vol. lime CL 90
