The „Advanced Rainbow“ is a great move to
humiliate the defender. Be careful that you do
this trick when the ball is on the side of you r
player‘s strong foot. Otherwise you mess up
the movement and will lose the ball.
If you skip the last flick you can set yourself
up for a volley. Try it out!
