Here’s a quick Red Chili Garlic Sauce perfect for any protein or flavor booster for soups and entrees. This is inspired by the Cambodian “Koh Kong” sauce but simple. You can add more aromatics to brighten it up but this is the base.
As many Red chilis
4 cloves Garlic
1.5 tbsp Sweetener
1 Lime or lemons
1 tsp Msg (optional)
3 tbsp Water
3 tbsp Fish sauce
