Ingredient for pork tenderloin with mushrooms:
1 pcs tenderloin
1 onion (chopped)
1 cl. Garlic (slices)
2 tbsp mustard
130 ml sour cream
10-15 white mushrooms (chopped)
50 ml white wine
2 tbsp olive oil
30 g butter
2 tbsp Worcestershire
Salt Pepper
1 cube of beef or chicken
