In this Davinci resolve tutorial I'll share with you how to make an animated streamer frame or background, for this example I'm trying to re-create something similar to Pewdiepie frame. It's not exactly the same, but it's as close as I can get using only the Edit Page. There's a bunch of other pre-animated background option that you can use to create your own frame.
