How to Enable the Google Chrome Password Manager Notes Feature
If you keep your passwords saved in Google Chrome then you might want to enable the password notes feature where you can add notes to specific saved passwords such as when the last time it was changed etc. This comes in handy because you can have a separate note for each saved passwords.
Here is the text you need to paste into the address bar of chrome to enable the Password notes in settings feature.
