How to Manually Update Windows 11 to Version 23H2
If you are unable to update your Windows 11 computer to version 23H2 and are stuck on version 22H2 or lower, it's possible to perform this upgrade manually. Sometimes Windows will not show you the latest updates or maybe your computer never finishes the update or hangs up during the process. In order to do this upgrade manually, you will need to go to the Microsoft Windows 11 website to download the installation media. You cannot boot to the ISO file for this update because if you do, you will receive a message saying "This upgrade option isn't available if you start your computer using the installation media."
