Sometimes during edit, you may see these red lines above your videos in timeline.
To fix the problem, select the clip with a red line then go to sequence, render selection.
Now the clip has been rendered and red line replaced with a green line.
If there were some clips in your timeline and you wanted to render all of them at once, first click anywhere in your timeline.
Then go to sequence, render in to out.
This will render all your clips.
For a final note, pay attention that if a clip has a red line, it only means that premiere did not render it and may have problem playing it back.
But if you wanted to export the clip without rendering, it is ok and it doesn't result in the final video that you export.
