Learn how to automatically email team members when a work order is created, edited or when the work order status changes. This is very useful especially to notify those that have requested work. For example: when the status of a repair ticket is elevated to full work order status and/or is closed the original requester receives a notification automatically. Additionally work assignments are completely automated when you choose to automatically email the new work order to the technician assigned to this work order.



Downtime (equipment failures) are also sent as notifications based upon downtime severity. Lastly when a purchase requisition has been submitted the requisition is automatically sent to the person(s) responsible for approving the requisition. Additionally once the requisition has been approved the approval is communicated back to the original requester.
