One of my favorite animations is the scrolling parallax effect. I see it in a lot apps and websites, and I think it's about time I implement it myself using Flutter. But instead of just applying the parallax effect to images, I decided to apply it to videos. This parallax effect also works with images if you display images instead of videos.
