17-year-old Eric Lampkin-Scarborough, 21-year-old Damon Price, and 19-year-old Deantae Moore were arrested; a fourth suspect got away
Moore was wanted for two counts of capital murder related to the deaths of two 18-year-olds on Dixon Avenue in March
He is being held in the Dallas County Jail on a $1.5 million bond
Police shot Eric Lampkin-Scarborough, who is now in stable condition in the hospital
Police recovered several stolen guns, including one with a Glock switch and extended magazine
