As per requested, here is a quick video showing my HOUSE FLIPPER GAME SETTINGS. Also, I will make a quick run through one of the most DEMANDING Houses in the Game, and lastly I will show you MY COMPUTER SPECIFICATIONS.
I personally feel that the Game engine is not efficient, running at 1920x1080 which shouldn't demand too many resources I feel some lag too.
Using an NVIDIA GTX 1080Ti should make the game run very smoothly but it doesn't.
