Alright, let’s talk about how to post longer videos to your Instagram stories. Instagram limits your photo and video clips to just 15 seconds per clip unless it’s a live video.

That can be a pain when you want to upload videos longer than 15 seconds to your Instagram story.

Luckily, I found the perfect tool to cut your Instagram videos into 15-second clips and it’s called Cut Story.

This app is Free in the app store and it will cost you .99 to remove the cut story logo.

I believe they also have a version for Android users as well.

So the first step is to go to the app store and download the cut story app.

Next you have the choice to choose from a video or a photo. I’m going to choose a video.

All you have to do now is click on save.

The great thing about this app is that it will allow you to choose how long each clip is based on where you will share it.

You can see it will split videos and photos for Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat What’s App and you can even set custom durations as well.

So I’ll click on Instagram.

You can see it starts working and cutting your Instagram story video in 15-second clips and it’ll automatically save the clips to your camera roll.

You can see when I open the camera roll there are ___ different video clips.

Now just go to Instagram and add your story as normal.

This cut story app is one of my favorites for posting longer videos on Instagram stories.
