Homemade tahini is easy and much less expensive than buying from the store. Tahini can be kept in the refrigerator for a month.
But apart from the traditional taste, tahini can come with a twist...
Add some honey and cacao or carob syrup to satisfy your sweet cravings!

Recipes:
Traditional tahini:
white sesame seeds 200gr
olive oil 4tbls

Procedure: Add the sesame seeds into a food processor. Middle way add the olive oil and mix until you reach a smooth consistency.
Enjoy as a dip or dressing on your salad.

Honey cacao tahini:
White sesame seeds 200gr
Honey 4 tbls
Cacao 2 tsp
Water 40ml

Procedure: Add the sesame seeds into a food processor. Middle way add the honey, cacao and water and mix until you reach a smooth consistency. Add water if required.

Carob Tahini:
White sesame seeds 200gr
Carob syrup 4 tbls
Water 40ml

Procedure: Add the sesame seeds into a food processor. Middle way add the carob syrup and water and mix until you reach a smooth consistency. Add water if required.
