Homemade almond butter is healthy, delicious and super easy to make. No need to use shelled almonds, store-bought almonds are totally fine also.

RECIPE:
Raw Almonds 300gr
Coconut oil 3tbsp or 45gr

Procedure:
Roast Almonds in the over for 8 to 10 minutes @180C/350F.
Let them cool down to room temperature.
Grind in a food processor until fine, then add the coconut oil and process until desired consistency.
Add salt if you like.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
