Join in with this full body focussed Primal Flow. If you need more rest at any point, you can just pause us and work towards improving your recovery as well as your strength and fitness. All Primal Flow workouts are to time so you can work at a pace that suits you.

5 sets (60 - 90 seconds rest):

1 Squat windmill (30s)
2 Half HWO (45s)
3 Bear crawl forward/backward (60s)
4 Bootstrapper (75s)
5 Leg Walk Out to Up Dog (90s)
