Rolling is a fundamental locomotor movement (like crawling, walking, running). It’s a basic
movement skill we learn as a baby, important in our development to coordinate our limbs
and develop trunk/core strength. We can still develop and maintain these skills as adults –
it’s also quite fun!

It helps with:
👉 Core Stability / Strength
👉Body / Spatial Awareness
👉 Coordination of Limbs
👉 Spinal Mobility
👉 Neuromuscular Control

It also has an important role in our ability to rotate; sports that require rotational movements
would benefit from some rolling drills.
