Changing Your Windows 10 Hostname (for WSL)
Your Windows computer name becomes your Linux hostname which is the name used in your Linux prompt. Controlling this deliberately and changing it from the default is surprisingly important to feel good about sitting down and working at that machine because you're looking at your Linux prompt pretty much all the time once you make the transition to CLI as your main home. I think my next naming convention will be Fantasy Island so I can make my host name Mr. Roarke. Would it be PC to name my containers Tattoo?
