FAQ's:
If you have tried all the steps seen here with no luck, and if the diagnostic test showed the computer to be healthy or if you were unable to run it for some reason, we would next try a new install of Windows. You can see how to do that here;

Q: The diagnostic test says my HDD is not installed or to check cables?
A: If the diagnostic scan shows your HDD to not be installed or it cant see it, that means your HDD may be loose or bad. Try 'Reseating' the HDD first as seen here in this video. Try the diagnostic test again. If it fails to change the scan, I would then replace the HDD and install an Operating System to the new one. You can see how to do that here;

Q: I cant change the Legacy / UEFI options.
A: If you cannot change the Legacy vs. UEFI settings, move on and try the rest of the steps in the video. Were you able to run the diagnostic scan? What was the result?
