Premier Smith announces $2.4 billion inflation relief package
In a nine-minute television address aired on CTV, Global and online Tuesday evening, Smith blamed much of the inflation crisis on the federal government’s record spending, combined with a “continual string” of anti-energy policies from Ottawa that she said are driving up the price of fuel, electricity, heating, and food.
