Europe has imposed a variety of SANCTIONS against Russian but only USA, UK, Canada and Australia have BANNED OIL PURCHASES. In this video I look at the volume of Russian Oil being supplied, the cost and practicalities of switching supply and discuss whether it is possible for EUROPE to switch suppliers.
