Has the vocalist left the building leaving you with a melody track and no vocal harmonies? Do you struggle finding harmonies that work in your track? Do you want to build vocal layers to blanket a vocal melody? Cubase Pro 8 can automatically generate harmonies that can be used for a number of different project applications. In this video, we add a Chord track to our project. We then add vocal harmonies based on the Chord track, experiment with different voicing and harmony styles and discuss where generated harmonies should sit in a track. You can even use the generated harmony voices as a scratch track and record the suggested harmonies yourself.
We hope you find this video entertaining and useful. If you like what you see, please leave a comment and tell us what you think. Thank you.
