This video shares the 3 tests I think every calisthenics athlete should master. We're going to look at common weak links that can prevent you from expressing your full strength potential. First is the grip. If your grip is weak then all your pulling movements will be limited. Try Dan John's pull-up test and see how many you can do! Second is the external rotators which help balance our pushing patterns. Based off Poliquin's ratios we want to aim for around 10% of bodyweight for 10 reps. Finally, the traps which are essential for handstands. Increase the intensity by using a tuck and holding, can you achieve the full time?
