The Hand of the King is the final boss. You can find him in the Throne Room. I think he's the coolest boss in Dead Cells And a very powerful one. In this video, I'm encountering the boss for the first time. The build I used in this run was not prepared for The Hand Of The King. But It worked out for me. So give it a try. The Hand Of The King's abilities:
[1] First Phase (at 100% health)
[1.1] The 'CHARGE' (dash towards the player and push him to the spikes)
[1.2] The 'LANCE STRIKE' (thrust the lance upwards)
[1.3] The 'BOMB FLURRY' (throws multiple bombs)
[2] Second Phase (at 85% health)
[2.1] The 'SUMMON MONSTERS' (random monsters but includes at least one elite monster)
[2.2] The 'SWIPE AND STRIKE' (series of melee combo with the Symmetrical Lance)
[2.3] The 'TELLURIC SHOCK COMBO' (slams into the ground and makes a rock shockwave)
[2.4] The 'SKULL BANNER DROP' (explodes after 5-6 seconds )
[2.5] The 'CHARGE' (jumps backward and runs across the arena)
[2.6] Retains his other movesets from the previous phase
[3] Third Phase (at 40% health)
[3.1] The 'DOUBLE CHARGE' (jumps backward and runs across the arena then immediately back in opposite direction)
[3.2] The 'SUPER TELLURIC SHOCK' (Walks to the center of the arena, jumps in the air and slams into the ground, and makes a rock shockwave across the entire arena)
[3.3] Retains his other movesets from the previous phase
