Join me in the Classroom Of The Elite anime training. Today we will be going through a Kiyotaka Ayanokoji full body calisthenics workout. We will only be using our bodyweight from this anime training routine. We will go through 12 different exercises to build muscle, strength and endurance.
Kiyotaka Ayanokōji is the main protagonist in Classroom Of The Elite. A somewhat cold-hearted individual that hardly shows no emotions in anything. Somewhat awkward, but is extremely intelligent. He is super good at manipulating and pretty much views people even his friends, as tools to help him achieve what he wants.
But nonetheless, he’s pretty proficient in academics and athletic. Attribute to the fact he trained in the White Room from an early age. He has also achieved a high mastery of martial arts. With that and even his high physical strength. Ayanokōji has a solid foundation of strength, stamina and being a capable fighter. So today we will train like Kiyotaka Ayanokōji.
