Try this base gravy at home instead of buying in store and freeze it for later use.
Ingredients:
Onion around 4 medium size
Tomato 5 medium size
Oil as needed
Whole garam masala(cinnamon, clove, star anise, cardamom)
Ginger garlic paste 2-3 tablespoons
Salt as needed
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Chili powder as needed
Garam masala powder 1 tablespoons
Cashew nuts paste 2 tablespoons
Fresh cream 1/4 cup
Note:
Freeze base gravy small small portions in airtight container for later use.
Unfreeze the gravy before you use it.
