Raw Water Pump Replacement : Perkins 4108
Fitting a brand new raw water pump to a Perkins 4108 marine engine.
My old raw water pump was leaking out the back of the housing.
I replaced the impeller, but ruined a seal in the process, and I didn't know how to fix it, so I replaced the pump completely.
I used a 7/8th spanner.

05:10 Remove temporary plugs and inspect new impeller is covered in glycerine
05:40 Put on gasket
05:55 Fit the new raw water pump
06:45 Put on new hose tails
07:28 Hoses back on
07:43 Open raw water seacock valve
07:54 Start engine and check water pumping out of exhaust
