Notes:
DOUBLE CHECK that the chunk is correct!! It would suck to mine out all the blocks to have messed up the location!!
Bottom platform is y=7 (standing on it at y=8).
The top most platform can't be above y=38 (the platform itself).
Build from the bottom first to the top. Mining is easier going from the top down though.
