Lavash instead of bread without yeast - a quick pan recipe! Turkish-style lunch: red lentil soup and Haydari yogurt sauce for flatbreads. Ingredients in spoons, cups, exact grams 👇
🥛*a 200 ml cup is used for measuring ingredients

✅Flatbreads in a pan without yeast:
premium wheat flour - 200 g (1.5 cups*)
whole wheat flour - 300 g (2 cups* + 2 tbsp)
salt - 5 g (0.5 tsp)
water (40-45°C) - 250 ml (1¼ cups*)
vegetable oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
✅Turkish Haydari Sauce (meze haydari tarifi):
süzme peynir (or feta) - 100 g (4 tbsp)
thick yogurt (Greek yogurt is suitable) - 200 g (10 tbsp)
garlic - 1 clove
olive oil - 3-4 tbsp
salt, pepper to taste
dill - 3 sprigs
mint
lemon juice
