milk (38-39 °C) – 200 ml (1 cup*)

eggs – 2 pcs
sugar – 50 g (2 tbsp with a small heap)
salt – 9 g (1 tsp without a heap)
pumpkin puree – 230 g (15-16 tbsp)
all starter
flour – 440 g (3.5 cups*)
butter – 50 g (2.5 tbsp)
✅Streusel crumbs:
sugar – 30 g (6 tsp)
butter – 30 g (1.5 tbsp)
flour – 80 g (4 tbsp)
✅Additionally:
butter – 45-50 g (2.5 tbsp)
🌡Temperature for an electric oven: 170 °C (bottom+convection mode)
🌡Temperature for a gas oven: 180 °C (no mode, lower heat, middle level)
⏲Baking time: 25-30 minutes
