Dino Crisis features 4 difficulties which mostly modify the amount of resources you get in item boxes, along with your starting gear. In PlayStation version Hard and Very Hard are hidden behind New Game+ and New Game++ cycles. On PC you can select those two separately, without loading a previous save.
The game features QTE segments and at least one of them can reduce the player's health even if it is performed flawlessly. In Gail's scenario it is avoidable.
