Thunderbird: Synchronize with iCloud, calendar and contacts

Native support for iCloud now in the new Thunderbird version. The new version of Thunderbird now support iCloud accounts directly using CardDAV and CalDAV. We are using app specific passwords to access or contacts and calendar in order to synchronize both with the mail client.
This works as of Thunderbird version 128.
