NEW: Namco really wanted proper palettes for Pac-Man SCE when played using the Super Game Boy because there is unused palettes for Pac-Man! I guess they couldn't do it because the constant ghost moving on-screen.

Lastly, screenshot 4 is how it appears in CGB GBC mode normally
SGB is fixable with effort and I may do this in later video.

It gets weirder and confusing, and I'm probably going to be explaining this over the next week. I have't even started Ms. Pac-Man SCE. Some of the ir is speculation because obviously it is impossible to know what Namco was planning and information doesn't exist outside the ROMs.

Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man Game Boy ports were done by the same people (were they? I would asume so based on their small team, although they're a tear and a half apart; the latter being October 1993) and they were coded very differently. Was Super Pac-Man done later? Because it was only included with the SCE CGB GBC version of Ms. Pac-Man. I'm unable to find evidence of a planned GB version by the same people. There is no real information about this port. All I know is that the unused palette fits SPM the best and is listed twice in the Ms SCE ROM.

"PAL01 010000007CE0031F00E07F1F7CFF0300"
located at in ROMS: (European versions disable SGB in headers for some reason, still present)
Pac-Man - Special Color Edition (USA) (SGB Enhanced).gbc
0x15E8, 0x023A7E
Ms. Pac-Man - Special Color Edition (USA) (SGB Enhanced).gbc
0x3EEC

Now for the European versions (The palette situation is reverse: Ms. Pac-Man SCE from the U version and Pac-Man SCE now lists it 3 times.)
Ms. Pac-Man - Special Colour Edition (Europe).gbc
0x3F14, 0x027ACC
Pac-Man - Special Colour Edition (Europe).gbc

Pac-Attack (USA) (SGB Enhanced).gb / Pac-Panic - All three versions:

Yeah, I'm really not sure what Namco was planning but I have ideas or theories.
1. Pac-Man was originally intended to have been included with Pac-Attack.
2. Pac-Man was going to be released again with SGB
3. Super Pac-Man was going to be released with Pac-Attack.
4. The palette was used for testing a simple Pac-Man palette.
I will post screenshots later of the other two games and access methods for the palettes, record videos and call it a day. Namco and their strange porting.

The palettes also exist in the Ms. Pac-Man SCE and the original standalone GB version of Pac-Attack and Pac-Panic (J), so maybe they were intending to include Pac-Man with that game as well? Also, interestingly the Ms. Pac-man SCE SGB screens are black as they are in CGB GBC mode.
