The first city-wide residential parking ban takes effect Tuesday
Andrew Grant, general supervisor of infrastructure operations, said phase two of the city’s parking ban to tackle residential and industrial roads has been called to deal with snow and ice accumulated during recent freeze-thaw cycles.
