Hello there! In this video I am making mindful breath fidgets (or I'm sure they can go by other names as well) with some wooden and pony beads. Every 2 beads = 1 breath in and out. I am also working with a new mic! It's been exciting and a bit challenging to learn how to use it, so I thank you for your patience! :)
